Let’s talk about website affiliate marketing. The most common way to make money online is through affiliate marketing – a process that often involves the use of a website. But there are so many different ways to go about affiliate marketing.

Once you have their interest, you can direct them via your affiliate links embedded in the text throughout your site, to the products you are offering or recommending. If they follow your link and make a purchase, you will then earn affiliate commissions.
Your website visitors search for solutions using search engines such as Google, Bing and Yahoo. Thanks to your keyword research, and valuable articles, they find your site and potentially convert into buyers.
The Pros and Cons
Let’s start with the pros. The fact that you can attract thousands to millions of visitors on a daily basis through a single website means that the potential for targeted, organic traffic is truly massive. Google alone has close to four billion users. With so much traffic, an efficient website’s earning potential is also through the roof!
You can learn skills on the go if you are a website manager or blogger. You’re always going to be improving your content, your layout, your strategies etc. because running a serious, money making website requires a good bit of work.

For the cons, I would only say it does take time, effort, patience, some hard work and many of those things we dread when setting out to do affiliate marketing.
